June 22-25 Youth Camp Check In Details Age groups 4-6 & 7 and up

Thank you for registering for the Wingate International Soccer Academy. Camp is just round the corner and we are looking forward to getting started. We are excited to welcome your player to campus and provide an unforgettable week of soccer, learning, friendships, and fun. Our staff is committed to creating a positive and professional environment where players can develop their skills while creating lasting memories through the game they love.

Please make sure all camp dues are paid in full prior to check-in. If you have an outstanding balance you can log back into your account created to register and make payment there.

All campers will be given a WISA T-shirt upon check-in and will wear this every day during camp. Additional training tops will be available for purchase for families interested in having an extra shirt for camp.

Below is some important information prior to check in:

Check in will begin at 8:30am am on Monday June 22nd and will be located at the soccer field house to the right of the soccer field. Parents should park in the parking lot between the soccer field and the dorm. Please DO NOT ENTER the driveway around the field house or park in the field house small lot.
For the safety of all participants – parents are NOT permitted on the actual soccer field. You are free to watch from the bleachers or outside the fence.

All players should be picked up in the same area as check in at the check-out time.
- Daily pick up time for ages 4-6 is 11:30
- Monday-Wednesday pick up time for ages 7 & up is 3:00, Thursday pick up is 11:30

Players should arrive dressed for soccer! Shin guards are REQUIRED and soccer cleats are recommended - tennis shoes are acceptable.

What to bring:

In effort to expedite check in, please have a completed WISA Medical Release form (click here) All campers must have a completed medical release – we do not accept these prior to the check in day.
Water Bottle with player’s name
Soccer Ball (optional)
Sunscreen
Snacks for break (banana, crackers, energy bars, (items NOT requiring refridgeration)
Ages 7 & Up
- Bathing suit and towel for age groups 7 and up
- Flip flops, crocs, or other shoe to enter the cafeteria. Players cannot be in cleats or bare feet in cafeteria!
