COVID Policies for Men's One Day Camps

Men's CHECK IN PROCEDURES AND ID CAMP COVID GUIDELINES

We are looking forward to having you here on our campus for the One Day Men's ID Camp.  

Please carefully read the following information.:

All players will need to PRINTED documentation that they have received a negative COVID19 test within 72 hours of camp check in from a medical provider or COVID19 testing site OR proof of vaccination.  Rapid tests and home test kits are accepted.  

Check in information

• Check in for Goalkeepers will start at 8:30 outside at the Soccer Field House.  Need directions?  Use 308 East Wilson Street, Wingate, NC for your GPS  
• Fieldplayer check in will start at 9:00 outside at the Soccer Field House.    
• Please make sure your account is paid in full by Saturday at noon. Go to www.wingatesoccer.com to access your account and pay any balance.  We will not accept checks at check in.  If you are now unable to attend, please refer to our REFUND policy. Parking is available in front of the soccer field. (Between soccer field stadium and dorm)  Please DO NOT park or drop off at the soccer field house!
• Players should walk up towards the Soccer Field house side that faces the soccer field.  (you will cut across the grass to walk up to fieldhouse)
• ONLY Players should proceed to the check in table located between Field House and Field. Please have your medical waiver and PRINTED Covid test results ready.  
• Please allow for social distancing while in check in line.  Again, ONLY player should be in line for check in.  
• Players should be dressed to play, along with any extra training gear needed.  As of today, weather appears to be typical for September in North Carolina- which means it will be still be HOT and HUMID - should we have any rain - we do have contingency plans. 
• Bring soccer boots, shin guards, and a water bottle with your name on it. 
• You must bring a signed medical waiver- these are not electronically collected.  You can download a copy by clicking HERE 

 In order for it to be a success we must all follow CDC, state and local health and University guidelines in regard to Covid-19. The following information is critical in achieving a successful day.

• If you are experiencing related symptoms this week or up to 24hrs prior to your arrival on camp please inform our office and we will reschedule you for another camp at a later date.
• Please bring your own face masks since masks will be required at all times during the day when your not actively involved in training or games.
• Please make sure you bring your own personal water container; we will provide plenty of water coolers at multiple locations along with hand sanitizer.
• Please be reminded that no close contact will be allowed during the day and remain the appropriate distance from each other. No handshakes or fist pumps during any part of the day.
• The campus tour will be conducted in smaller group size and ONLY PLAYERS will be permitted to attend. Face masks will be required during the entire tour. We will provide more information on the day.
• Specatators and Family memberrs are to remain in the stands and follow social distancing guidelines. Please be respectful of others and we request that you do not congregate in large groups.
• We will provide you with feedback following the camp during the upcoming week.
• We will not be able to have personal one on one talks on the day of camp.
