Check in Information

Please park in the designated lot, and walk to the new soccer field house (labeled youth camp check in on the above map). Please bring a completed copy of the medical release form to the check-in. This release form can be found in the files/forms menu tab. Check-In will begin at 8:15AM on the first day of camp.
