Wingate International Soccer Academy's refund policy is as follows:
ALL CAMP REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED ON THE LAST DAY OF THE LAST CAMP OF THE SUMMER SERIES. For 2021, the processing date is August 1, 2021. For refund request form, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
All College Showcase, Goalkeeper Academy & Team Residential Summer Camps
A non-refundable deposit is part of each camper's registration payment. (Amount varies based on camp) If the deposit is not made, your registration is not guaranteed.
On June 1, 2021, the total amount is non-refundable for all summer showcase and residential camps. Refund requests received prior to June 1 due injury or illness require a physician note and are at the camp director's discretion.
Full payment is due 30 days prior to camp start.
Junior Skills, Advanced Skills and 11v11 Academy Camps
Junior skills and intermediate skills academy must be paid in full at time of registraiton. On June 1st the total amount is non-refundable for the junior, intermediate and 11v11 academy camps.
One and Two Day ID Camps
One and Two Day ID Camps
Effective 1/1/201 There are no refunds for one and two day ID camps. Consideration for credit for a future camp is at the sole discretion of the camp director.
Please keep in mind that we make purchases and guarantees for supplies and expenses prior to the start of camp as well as hire staff based on the number of registrants. These must be done months in advance prior to the camp starting.
Scheduling conflicts will not warrant a refund.
We understand injuries are part of any sport and are completely out of anyone's control. A player with an injury or illness that prohibits any athletic activity will require a letter from a licensed physician for any refund to be considered and must be received prior to June 1, 2021. Any refund consideration is at the discretion of the director. Please contact Amy in the office at email@example.com for further information.
Camp refunds will not be processed until after the last day of camps for camps occurring in the summer and one week after any ID camps.
There is a $25 processing fee for all refunds.
Parent Housing is subject to a $75 non refundable deposit and a $25 processing fee.
