Former Wingate Captain Luke Mulholland Scores Winner Against Sporting KC

RSL opened the score line last night against Sporting KC with a wonderfully executed set piece setting up Justen Glad who found the back of the net from a pin point header in the 29th minute. This was the first goal RSL have scored at Sporting KC since 2010 and 417 minutes of play.
RLS found the back of the net again when Mulholland placed a beautiful strike in between traffic from 30 yards out for the eventual game winner. Sporting KC managed to get one back late with a controversial penalty conversion from Benny Feilhaber but this wasn't enough and RSL came away with the full 3 points on the road.
RSL currently sit 3rd in the western Table with 8 points, one point behind Sporting KC.
RSL will play at home against Colorado on april 9th and Sporting travel to New York to play the Red Bulls.
